Sovcomflot to start placing $430 mln replacement bonds on Tue

MOSCOW, Oct 10 (PRIME) -- Russian shipping company Sovcomflot plans to start the placement of U.S. $430 million replacement bonds on Tuesday, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The 2028 bonds will replace the Eurobonds issued by SCF Capital Designated Activity Company.

Besides, the company is also preparing a U.S. $498.427 million bond to replace the 2023 Eurobond.
